Return Policy
Returns
If you’re considering a return, please contact us by email at contact@anapai.com. Our team is happy to assist you in resolving any issues and will provide the necessary instructions and a return form to send back your item. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
Our “satisfied or refunded” policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items sent after this period will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in brand-new condition (used or worn items will not be accepted).
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Customized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
To process your return, include a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) with the return parcel or email it to us to help us identify your order and expedite your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will let you know whether your return is approved or rejected. Please provide the tracking number for your returned parcel to help us monitor the return process.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds will include all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs if you selected a shipping method more expensive than our standard delivery option).
If your return is rejected because the conditions outlined above were not met, the item will be sent back to you at your expense or held at our warehouse until we receive further instructions from you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@anapai.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is returned, we will email you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to you by someone else, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Fees for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping times for exchanges or replacements may vary depending on your location.
- If you are returning an item from outside the United States, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is lost or damaged in transit, no refund will be issued.
Important for International Returns
Anapai is not responsible for any additional costs, import fees, or taxes incurred during the return process. If such fees are applied, they will be deducted from your refund automatically. These costs may arise for returns originating from outside the United States.
